Valparaiso, a bohemian new year

Valparaiso, the poorest city in Chile, is a not a pretty town. An old and run down port, Valpo is now a bohemian and decadent place, famous for its multicoloured houses, its cerros (over 30 hills surround the port), its graffitis  and for the new year's party. This year, a massive firework show was followed by a a carnival throughout town, with music and booze in all the streets until midday the day after...
no pictures of the party though, too much drinking and too little security in the streets!
Happy new year from this odd and unusual place!
