Valle de la Luna

As I move towards the north of Argentina, green and lush landscapes make way to dry and arid fields, under the hottest January sun.
The Valle de la Luna, six hours north of Mendoza, is a semi-desert national park, where a combination of lack of water and winds has created an incredible moon-like landscape.
At sunset, when temperature 'falls' to 37/40 degrees, this is what the park looked like: enjoy!
